Here’s a pilot episode script for an animated kids show with silly, chaotic Bluey-esque energy:
🌪️ NOODLE & THE GANG
Season 1, Episode 1 — “The Great Sock Catastrophe”
Logline: Noodle, a hyperactive noodle-shaped alien who crash-landed in a kid’s backyard, tries to understand Earth customs — usually making everything wonderfully worse.
CHARACTERS
• NOODLE — A wiggly, stretchy alien who looks like a piece of spaghetti with googly eyes. Speaks in dramatic declarations. Means well. Causes chaos.
• PRIYA (8) — Practical, slightly exasperated, secretly loves the chaos. Noodle’s best human friend.
• OSCAR (6) — Priya’s little brother. Finds everything hilarious. Has a blanket named Gerald.
• MOM — Tired but delighted. Has seen too much. Drinks a lot of tea.
ACT ONE
COLD OPEN — PRIYA’s living room, morning. Socks are scattered EVERYWHERE. Hundreds of socks. Noodle stands in the center, arms wide.
NOODLE: I have SOLVED laundry.
PRIYA: (staring) …Where did you even GET these?
NOODLE: The sock drawer. And the neighbor’s sock drawer. And a sock drawer three streets away. They left the window open, Priya. That is an invitation.
OSCAR: (diving into sock pile) CANNONBALL!
MOM walks in, mug of tea in hand. Stops. Long pause. Takes a sip.
MOM: I’m going to need a bigger mug.

PRIYA: It’s Mrs. Kowalski’s gardening sock, Noodle.
NOODLE: A HERO’S sock.
At the neighbor’s door. Priya knocks. Noodle hides behind a shrub — unconvincingly, because Noodle is six feet tall and bright yellow.
MRS. KOWALSKI: (opening door) Oh! My sock!
NOODLE: (from behind shrub) I AM A BUSH.
MRS. KOWALSKI: (squinting) …Is your bush waving at me?
PRIYA: Please don’t make eye contact with the bu
