Quick answers about credits, generations, and billing.
Credits are the currency for everything you create. Each generation costs credits based on the model and settings you pick, and the exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you submit — the price you see is the price you pay.
Every model has its own price, and settings like resolution and duration can change it. You can compare per-model costs with the credit cost explorer on the pricing page.
It depends on the model and format: images are usually quick, while video and music can take a few minutes. Generations run on our servers, so you can keep browsing while they finish.
Everything you generate lands in your Library, including creations that are still processing. Creations you've liked are collected on the Liked page.
Occasionally a model rejects a prompt or fails on the provider's side. When that happens, the credits for the failed generation go back to your balance automatically — no support ticket needed — and you can retry or edit the prompt from the failed card in your Library.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and the credits never expire. Unused subscription credits roll over.
Eligible new verified accounts in most countries get their first video on us: one 5-second video on our lowest-cost video model, once, with no card required. Credits do not expire; use a plan or credit pack for more generations.
It depends on where you subscribed: plans purchased on the web are managed from the Billing page, while App Store purchases are managed through Apple — the buttons above take you to the right place.
The Billing page keeps a full credit history — every credit you've earned, purchased, spent, or been refunded.
